This Privacy Policy explains how Beidiji (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. / 贝迪吉（上海）科技有限公司 handles information when you use GlucoSteady / 稳糖伴.

What The App Does

GlucoSteady is a lifestyle reminder and AI companion app for food cravings, meal habits, post-meal movement, and glucose-aware behavior support. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Information We May Collect

• Account information, such as Apple ID/iCloud sync status if sync is enabled. We do not ask you to create an email or phone account in this version.
• App usage data, such as selected scenarios, quick responses, trend records, language, region logic, and subscription status.
• User-entered content, including messages about cravings, meals, body feelings, mood, or habits.
• Device and diagnostics data, such as device model, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
• Payment entitlement status from Apple App Store billing. We do not receive full payment card details from Apple.

Sensitive Health-Related Content

The app may contain user-entered information about glucose concerns, diet, cravings, energy, acne, overeating, or diabetes risk. We treat this as sensitive personal information. We do not sell this information, and we do not use health-related information for third-party advertising.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide reminders, trend summaries, AI companion responses, subscription access, safety controls, support, and app improvements.

Local Storage, Backups, and iCloud Sync

Your logs are stored on your device by default. You can export a backup file and save it to iCloud Drive, Files, AirDrop, WeChat files, or another safe location. If you enable iCloud sync in the app, your app state may be stored in Apple iCloud key-value storage and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Apple’s iCloud service is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

AI Processing

When you use the AI companion, your message and limited app context may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. We aim to minimize the context sent by using compact summaries rather than full histories whenever possible.

Data Sharing

We may share information with cloud hosting providers, AI service providers, analytics or crash reporting providers if enabled, Apple for App Store functions, and legal authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices

You may stop using the app, uninstall the app, request deletion of server-side account data if an account exists, or manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
